Vanity top C0016
A vanity top and its round bowl bought on one line
C0016 is listed as a concrete vanity top with a round sink, in charcoal. It is a top, not a loose basin.
Top and bowl on a single code
Ordering both on one code removes the matching problem between two suppliers. The cabinet then has to suit the top.
Charcoal, deck detail to confirm
Charcoal is what the record carries for C0016. Confirm on the drawing whether deck and bowl are finished the same way before a splashback is matched on site.
Vanity tops are ordered against cabinet widths, so the drawing carries more weight than on a loose basin. The other formats sit across the concrete basin listings.
Fit & Clearance
Cabinet width and tap drilling decide this one
A vanity top is bought to a cabinet, so the cabinet drawing leads this order. The listing fixes format, colour and bowl shape only.
A top is set out against the cabinet it lands on. Overhang, bowl centre and tap holes are agreed before production, because none of them move afterwards.
Request the spec sheet on file for C0016. Where the cabinet is non standard, send its drawing with the enquiry.
State whether the tap is deck or wall mounted before the top is made.
Construction & Finish
Charcoal concrete across a deck sized surface
The listing gives a material and a colour for C0016. Construction detail is not part of it.
Colour recorded, construction not
Concrete in charcoal is what the record fixes for C0016. Edge profile, thickness and any surface treatment are not written here, so put them in the enquiry.
A top shows far more surface than a bowl, so colour approval carries more weight. Sign a sample off against the model code and keep it with the order file.
Confirm piece weight before planning lifting and fixing on site.
Compliance
cUPC listing and the papers that travel with C0016
Carton marks and language requirements vary by port. Send yours in writing before the packing is printed.
C0016 is cUPC listed. Ask for the certificate reference with the RFQ so it can be attached to the submittal your specifier or plumbing inspector will want to see.
Export documentation is agreed per market and per shipment. Raise labelling and carton marking with the RFQ, before the packing is printed, rather than after the goods are made.
Procurement
Buying tops in the smallest published run
Twenty is the published floor here. On a top that is a pallet and handling question before it is anything else.
Twenty tops suits one floor of a fit-out, or a distributor stocking one cabinet width. Colour work, packing and private-label labelling are quoted through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
A top ships as one large item, and replacing one later is its own shipment. Order a spare against the project.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity and cabinet width per unit
- Bowl position, left, right or centred
- Tap hole count and spacing
- Drawing approval before production
- Crating and pallet specification
- Destination market and required documents
Treat the lead time as indicative until the drawing is signed.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
- Destination-market documentation prepared on request
