Model SY1018
One shelf holder standardised across every WC
SY1018 is the straightforward shelf holder and its argument is repetition. One code, one mounting height and one fixing detail on every floor.
One per WC plus a spare allowance
Count the water closets, add an allowance for damage on site, and the line quantity is done.
The installer learns it once
A single model across a project removes the sorting on site and the wrong box call in week three.

Repeating the SY1018 detail floor by floor
Repetition needs one dimensioned sketch and this page is not it.
Issue one setting out sketch with the height, the fixing centres and the wall type on it. Every room after that is a repeat rather than a decision.
Take the centres from the SY1018 spec sheet and confirm the anchor with us against the wall construction.
One sketch, signed once, prevents fifty separate judgements.

A standardised project needs one name off a list of seven, all on one SUS304 stainless steel record.
One code, seven finish entries
Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze are listed against SY1018. A standardised project picks one at order stage, while a portfolio can run several from the same code.
One order can carry two names when public areas and guest rooms differ. Name the finish on every PO line.

Checking the SY1018 record before issue
The SY1018 spec sheet is on file, and on a standardised project the site keeps it for every room.
Standardising a model across a building does not standardise its paperwork. No approval scheme is recorded here, so nothing further should appear in a submission.

Procurement
SY1018 volumes, packing and label control
SANIKB manufactures the holder, so a high repeat quantity is a packing conversation.
Carton quantity, label language and own logo are agreed before production through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Quotations are answered within 12 hours and the SY1018 spec sheet is sent on request.

Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
