A shelf is one more surface to wipe
The shelf on 887007 does the work of a second fixture. It also adds a horizontal surface beside the pan that housekeeping has to clear on every turnover.
Depth against turnover time
A deep shelf holds more and takes longer to clear. Get the depth figure before the room standard is signed.
One fixture, two fixings
A combined unit means fewer holes in the tile than a holder plus a separate shelf, and one less line on the schedule.
It sits with the rest of the 887 hardware series.

Shelf projection decides the space it needs
The record confirms type, mounting, material and model. Shelf depth, arm length and capacity are not.
A shelf projects further than a plain arm, so check it against the pan and the door swing before the position is fixed. No loading figure is published.
Ask for a loading figure in writing if the specification has to state one.

One material sits behind the whole fixture, SUS304 stainless steel. Finish is chosen at order stage.
No colour penalty on the variant
Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze. The shelf version carries the same seven names as the plain models, so it never becomes the piece that cannot be matched.
The shelf model is the one most likely to be left off a first order and chased later. Keep it with the rest of the 887 group.
Finishes may be mixed across lines. Write each name out in full on its own line.

Anything a submittal has to state should arrive from the factory as a document.
No certification scheme is listed in the specification, so this page claims none. Material, mounting, type and finish range are the whole of it.

One order for the whole 887 wall
Buying from the manufacturer settles finish, carton and label in one conversation.
Its companions are 887001 towel bar, 887003 towel rack, 887006 toilet brush holder, 887008 robe hook and 887009 towel ring. Ordered together the room ships as one consignment.
Own logo, custom finish and custom packaging are handled as private label supply at the published minimum through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Quotations return inside 12 hours and the 887007 spec sheet is issued on request.
