Walk-in Screen
A fixed panel instead of a moving shower door
F-602 is a walk-in screen. The glass is a fixed panel, so there is no track, no roller and no hinge to service.
Open walk-in access
The user walks past the panel rather than through a door. With no track and no hinge there is less to service after handover.
Black framed perimeter
The black frame draws the panel edge as a line. Chrome and Brushed versions are listed for projects with other hardware.
It is the simplest item to install in a wet room package. Doors and enclosures for the same bathrooms sit in the shower screen and enclosure catalog.
Fit & Clearance
Panels from 885 to 995 mm wide at a 2000 mm height
The published size band is narrow, which makes this model easy to schedule across repeat bathrooms.
Height is fixed at 2000 mm, so the ceiling and any bulkhead need checking before the order goes in. There is no shortened option in the published band.
A fixed panel puts its whole load on the wall fixing. Confirm the substrate behind the tile at that line, especially on stud walls.
Falls in the floor matter more with a walk-in. Water leaves past the open side, not through a sealed door.
Construction & Finish
Glass at 8 mm or 10 mm on the same model number
Two glass thicknesses are listed for F-602. Both are tempered safety glass, 8 mm and 10 mm (5/16 to 3/8 inch).
Two thicknesses, one model
Thicker glass reads as heavier and more solid in a showroom. The choice changes panel weight, so confirm it before packing and freight are quoted.
The cataloged frame finish is black, with Chrome and Brushed listed as alternatives. Fix one finish across a project so later replacement panels match.
State the glass thickness on every line of the purchase order. Two thicknesses under one model number cause picking errors.
Compliance
Evidence to request for the glass in a walk-in screen
Request the document set before stock is committed. Make sure it matches the glass thickness that is actually ordered.
The specification describes tempered safety glass and names no certification mark. Nothing beyond that description is claimed for this model.
Buyers importing into markets with glass rules for bathroom screens should raise this at RFQ stage. We confirm in writing which reports and documents can be supplied for F-602.
Procurement
Ordering F-602 screens for wet room packages
Fixed panels ship as a simple line item, which keeps wet room packages easy to quote.
Twenty pieces is the published MOQ. Screens are often ordered with trays and drains, so send the full package list and the whole scope is quoted together.
Neutral packing, buyer branding and buyer model codes sit inside the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Panel width required per bathroom type
- Glass thickness, 8 mm or 10 mm
- Frame finish for the whole order
- Quantity and delivery phasing
- Wall substrate at the fixing line
- Destination market and port of discharge
- Packing standard for sea or air freight
Glass thickness affects carton weight. Fix it early so freight costing does not change late.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.

- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target

The black framed walk-in shower screen is a fixed panel built from 8/10 mm (5/16"–3/8") tempered safety glass in a black aluminum frame, with Chrome and Brushed finishes also available. The frame gives the open-ended panel its rigidity, while tempered glass provides safe-failure performance. Sizes run L 53.3"–61.6" x W 34.8"–39.2" x H 78.7" (1355–1565 x 885–995 x 2000 mm). Verify the glass-thickness-to-frame and any bracing detail against the technical drawing before fabrication. We supply this screen to trade buyers as a direct shower screen manufacturer at wholesale.
A fixed walk-in screen mounts to the wall and floor with no door, track, or swing clearance, suiting curbless and walk-in shower bays in hotels, senior living, and modern residential builds. The black frame coordinates with dark fixture packages, with Chrome and Brushed available where specs require. Confirm panel width, wall fixing, and floor channel against the spec drawing for each unit. For multi-unit rollouts, our shower screen wholesale supply covers staged lead times and bulk packaging for renovation schedules.
This walk-in screen supports OEM and ODM development for distributors and brands. Within the published size range, custom panel widths and heights, alternate frame finishes beyond black, Chrome, and Brushed, branded hardware, and tailored packaging can be produced as a private-label run. Minimums and lead times depend on customization scope, so include your dimensions and finish requirements when you request a quote and we confirm what is producible.
