The SANIKB K-312 is a frameless rectangular corner shower enclosure built for importers, distributors, contractors, and hospitality projects sourcing factory-direct. Two tempered glass panels meet at a 90° corner over a rectangular footprint, with a hinged swing door for full-width entry. Glass is offered in 6 mm, 8 mm, or 10 mm in clear, blue, grey, or coated finishes, with hardware in black, chrome, or brushed.
The frameless construction relies on precision hinges and glass-to-glass corner connectors rather than perimeter framing, giving a clean line for mid- to high-end residential, multi-unit, and hotel bathroom builds. Custom sizing runs L 900–1500 mm at H 2000 mm, so the enclosure can be specified to fit project alcoves and corner layouts without on-site framing.
SANIKB sources and supplies the K-312 on an OEM/ODM basis with custom sizing, MOQ 20 pcs, private-label and branded packaging, and full export support for trade and project buyers. Explore the full OEM shower door manufacturing range to combine SKUs in one container order.

Two Panels, One Corner
Two frameless panels meeting at 90 degrees in the corner
K-312 closes a corner with two tempered glass panels and a hinged door, with no perimeter framing.
The footprint sits in the corner
Two panels meet at a 90 degree corner over a rectangular plan, leaving the wall run free for the vanity.
A swing door, not a slider
The door is hinged, so entry is the full width of the leaf. Allow the swing arc in front.
Compare it with the framed builds in the shower enclosure range.
Fit & Clearance
Corner runs of 900 to 1500 mm, built to order
Published size runs 35.4 to 59.1 inches long at 78.7 inches high, made to order in that band.
Frameless work depends on the walls being plumb where the glass lands. Measure both walls, not only the longer one.
Confirm the tray, curb or floor detail before glass is cut.
Construction & Finish
Three glass thicknesses, four glass options, three finishes
Thickness, tint and hardware are three separate choices: 6, 8 or 10 mm, clear, blue, grey or coated, Black, Chrome or Brushed.
One body, three hardware finishes
Black, Chrome and Brushed run on the same hardware set, so one specification is released in three looks.
Thickness, glass option and finish are fixed at order stage. One order can carry more than one finish, so Black, Chrome and Brushed can run inside the same twenty pieces. Split the quantity by finish on the purchase order.
No K-312 line runs without the finish name.
Compliance
Glass documentation follows the destination market
The spec sheet on file goes out with the drawing once length, glass and hand are confirmed.
State the thickness and the destination market at enquiry stage.
The record carries no approval mark for K-312. A submittal is built from what the factory issues.
Procurement
Twenty pieces, built to the measured corner
Logo printing, carton artwork and buyer packaging run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. Answers and the spec sheet come inside 12 hours.
MOQ is 20 pcs. State the split by length, glass thickness and finish in the RFQ and the factory confirms how it is counted. Other models from the range fill the container on one PO and one inspection.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Measured length of both corner walls
- Glass thickness (6, 8 or 10 mm) and option (clear, blue, grey, coated)
- Hardware finish and quantity per finish
- Door hand and swing direction
- Destination market, port and incoterm

The K-312 is a frameless rectangular corner enclosure built from 6 mm, 8 mm, or 10 mm tempered glass — available clear, blue, grey, or coated — with Black, Chrome, or Brushed hardware. Without a perimeter frame, rigidity comes from glass thickness and the corner brackets, so 8 mm and 10 mm are specified where a more substantial panel is wanted. All glass is tempered safety glass that fractures into small granular pieces rather than sharp shards, and the optional coating helps shed water and resist scale. Coordinate glass and hardware finishes with other units in our shower doors manufacturers catalog.
The K-312 forms a rectangular corner enclosure from two glass walls meeting at 90°, sized 35.4"–59.1" (900–1500 mm) long at 78.7" (2000 mm) high, with custom dimensions available to fit existing trays and tiled bases. Frameless installation depends on accurate wall channels and bracket alignment, so it suits experienced installers; the reward is a minimal-metal enclosure that is quick to wipe down — further helped by the coated-glass option. See full sizing and rough-in guidance on our shower-doors-manufacturers hub before confirming the tray or base.
SANIKB manufactures the K-312 for wholesale supply with project pricing, defined MOQs, and lead times geared to distributors, builders, and hospitality buyers. OEM/ODM programs cover custom lengths and heights, choice of 6/8/10 mm glass, clear/blue/grey/coated finishes, Black/Chrome/Brushed hardware, and private-label packaging. Glass cutting, tinting, coating, and tempering are handled in our own facility, so non-standard configurations are produced to spec. Send your enclosure dimensions or volume forecast to start a quote.
