Aluminum-Framed Double Sliding Shower Door with Bypass Panel

- 60" × 76" 1524 × 1930 mm · 6 mm
The SANIKB N-S22 is an aluminum-framed double sliding shower door built around a two-panel bypass mechanism, supplying importers, distributors, contractors, and hospitality projects with a budget-friendly alcove enclosure. It runs on 1/4" (6 mm) tempered safety glass within an aluminum frame and bottom track, available in black, chrome, and brushed gold finishes to match different bathroom programs.
The bypass layout lets two glass panels slide past one another on a top header track, opening from either side for tight alcove openings where a swinging door has no clearance. Custom sizing covers widths of 48" and 60" and heights of 60", 66", 72", and 76", so the N-S22 fits standard tub-to-shower and alcove openings across North American and export specifications.
SANIKB supplies the N-S22 direct from our vetted partner factories with OEM/ODM support, custom sizing, and private-label or branded packaging for resale. MOQ is 20 pcs per order, with export packing for container shipment. See our full OEM shower door manufacturing range for related framed and frameless enclosures.

Nothing Swings Out
A framed bypass door for an alcove with no swing clearance
Two glass panels pass each other on a top header track. The alcove opens from either side.
Either side opens, the floor stays clear
In a tub-to-shower alcove with a vanity opposite, the two panels slide past each other and need no arc in front.
An aluminum frame, not a frameless build
An aluminum frame carries 1/4 inch (6 mm) tempered safety glass on a top header sliding track. It is the framed build in the range.
Quote it against the frameless builds in the OEM shower door range.
Fit & Clearance
Measuring the alcove before the order is placed
N-S22 is an alcove unit. The opening is measured and matched to a buildable size before the order goes in.
Measure the finished width wall to wall at top, middle and bottom, then the height from the tub deck or curb. Send all three figures and the factory returns the buildable size.
Panels overlap. Confirm the clear entry width on the drawing.
Construction & Finish
Three finishes running on one frame profile
The record lists 1/4 inch (6 mm) tempered safety glass in an aluminum frame, with hardware in Black, Chrome and Brushed Gold.
Black, Chrome and Brushed Gold
One frame profile and one hardware set cover all three.
Finish is chosen at order stage and one order can carry more than one finish. Split the quantity by finish on the purchase order so the packing list matches.
Write the finish name on every PO line.
Compliance
Tempered glass marking on a framed sliding assembly
Ask for the N-S22 drawing and the finish reference at enquiry stage, and confirm what the factory can issue before anything goes on a submittal.
The record names 1/4 inch (6 mm) tempered safety glass and no approval scheme against N-S22. State the destination market so glass marking and documentation are quoted against it.
Procurement
Ordering N-S22 as a factory programme
Private label, custom finish and carton artwork run through the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. A quote is back within 12 hours of the measured drawing.
MOQ is 20 pieces. Finishes can be mixed on one order, and other enclosures from the range fill the same container on one PO and one inspection.
Include these details with the RFQ

The N-S22 pairs 1/4" (6 mm) tempered safety glass with a structural aluminum frame, finished in Black, Chrome, or Brushed Gold. Tempering means the glass is heat-treated to break into small granular pieces rather than sharp shards if it ever fails — a baseline safety requirement for contract bathroom work. The aluminum frame stiffens the panels and carries the top and bottom tracks, while the anodized/powder finish resists corrosion in a wet environment. Browse the wider range from our shower doors manufacturers catalog to match this framed model with coordinating enclosures across a project.
This bypass door mounts to top and bottom aluminum tracks fixed to the alcove walls, so it does not require the precise hinge alignment that frameless doors demand — speeding up installation across many identical bathrooms. Both panels slide, giving access from either side and removing any in-front swing clearance, which suits narrow layouts. The rollers ride on the upper track for smooth, quiet operation, and the framed perimeter helps contain water at the jambs. For bulk and replacement programs, see ordering and sizing detail on our shower-doors-manufacturers hub.
SANIKB manufactures the N-S22 for wholesale supply with project pricing, defined MOQs, and lead times geared to distributors, builders, and hospitality buyers. OEM/ODM options include custom opening widths and heights, alternate frame finishes, glass coatings, branded hardware, and private-label packaging. Because the aluminum extrusion and glass tempering are handled in our own production line, custom dimensions and finish requests are produced to spec rather than sub-sourced.
