Deck and Drop-In
Drop-in rectangular bowl with its deck already formed
The RSYC is a rectangular drop-in vanity basin in matte white solid surface, supplied with an integrated deck around the bowl.
Deck comes with the basin
The flat area around the bowl is part of the component, so the counter cut-out is covered by finished material rather than by a narrow rim.
Five published lengths
RSYC610, RSYC760, RSYC810, RSYC910 and RSYC1010 give a step of sizes, which lets one specification cover several counter widths.
Vessel and vanity-top formats for the same schemes are held in the solid surface basin range.
Fit & Clearance
Matching a counter cut-out to the RSYC length
Each length has its own cut-out, so references cannot be swapped late.
Fix the reference before the counter is machined and send that cut-out to the fabricator in writing. Because the deck sits above the counter line, check how the tap will land on it and whether your chosen mixer suits a deck of that depth.

Construction & Finish
Bowl and surrounding deck in a single component
Every RSYC length uses the same listed material, solid surface in matte white.
Deck and bowl formed together
With the deck cast around the bowl there is no separate surround to seal, so the sealed line moves out to the counter edge.
A wider finished deck means the counter material can be more forgiving, which helps when a project uses a lower cost substrate under a supplied basin. Confirm the substrate with the fabricator anyway.
Deck depth affects tap choice. Check the mixer body against the drawing.
Compliance
Documenting a five-size drop-in range
Each reference is documented separately, then supplied as one pack for the project.
No certification is named in the published specification, so none is claimed for the RSYC references. Send the destination market with your enquiry and we will confirm what documentation is available for the sizes you order.
Where several sizes go into one project, ask for the documents together so your submittal file is complete before installation starts.

Covering five lengths in a single program
Five lengths are usually quoted as one program rather than five enquiries.
Deck width, hole layout and length can be developed for an own-brand drop-in program through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program. Sizes in the same finish can generally be combined into one production run.

We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
