The SN102W series is cast in fireclay ceramic with two recessed grooves pressed into the apron face, then high-fired so the glossy white glaze vitrifies with the clay into a single hard shell. The double-groove relief is molded into the body, so it carries the same non-porous, chip- and stain-resistant durability as the rest of the fire-glazed surface. Distributors offering detailed fireclay kitchen sinks can position the grooved apron as a higher-design tier on the same proven body.
SN102W installs as an apron-front farmhouse sink with the double recessed-groove face exposed at the cabinet line, and the basin includes a workstation ledge for boards, colanders, and racks. The single deep bowl clears large cookware, and the sink supports undermount or flush counter detailing across stone and solid-surface tops. The integrated ledge adds prep capacity without enlarging the counter cutout.
We manufacture the SN102W series under OEM and private-label terms, including custom groove spacing, basin dimensions, drain layout, and distributor-branded cartons.
