Ten inches below the counter line
The published bowl depth is 10 inches, 254 mm, on a 32 by 18 inch body in 18 gauge SUS304. Draw the rough-in off that figure and confirm it against the issued drawing before joinery is ordered.
One bay, one drain to rough in
A single bowl puts one waste in the cabinet instead of two, so a repeat unit type has one connection to inspect.

What a 10 inch bowl takes out of the cabinet
The cabinet gives up the full bowl depth before the trap even starts.
Whatever lives under the sink loses that height. Check the trap run and any disposal early.
Eighteen inches front to back is the sink body, not the worktop. Template off the drawing.
Undermount reveal is a fabrication decision. Agree it in writing with the fabricator.

Eighteen gauge SUS304 in brushed stainless
The record gives one steel and one finish: SUS304 at 18 gauge, 1.2 mm, brushed stainless.
Brushed stainless, one published finish
Brushed stainless is the single finish recorded for SR3218. Put that finish name on the PO line anyway, so a repeat order two seasons later reads the same way.
Type is recorded as a handmade undermount sink. The record stops there, so keep forming detail off the submittal until it is confirmed.
Write the finish name on the PO line even when the order is one finish.
Compliance
Paperwork is issued against the model code
The drawing and spec sheet are released on request against the model code.
No approval scheme is named against SR3218, so nothing goes on a submittal until the factory issues the document behind it.
Name the destination market at enquiry stage so marking and testing are quoted against it.
