Plain Cylinder, 400 mm
Nothing but stone on this nero marquina round pedestal basin
Take the reeds away and the stone has to carry the piece on its own. This cylindrical code is the plain answer in the group, in Nero Marquina, on a 400 mm plan.
Unbroken face around the column
A smooth cylinder shows the veining as one continuous field. Nothing interrupts it, which is why the stone selection matters more here than on a reeded code.
Simplest outline in the group
A plain drum suits contemporary rooms where a reeded column would look decorative. It also leaves no grooves to work around during daily housekeeping.
Reeded columns in the same stone are listed in the stone pedestal basin collection.
Fit & Clearance
A 400 mm drum standing clear of the wall
15.7" x 15.7" x 33.5" H is the published overall, 400 x 400 x 850 mm.
A plain cylinder shows any lean immediately, more so than a reeded shaft. Check the floor is level where it lands and shim from the drawing, not by eye.
Tap arrangement is not published. Wall spouts have to be set against the 850 mm rim before the wall is tiled.
Level the floor first. A drum makes an out of plumb install obvious.
Construction & Finish
Nero Marquina on an uninterrupted column
Nero Marquina marble, described on the record as black and white, polished.
Plain form puts stone in front
With no reeding to break the surface, the stone is the product. Approve a sample or lot photographs before production and keep the reference on file.
The plain cylinder and the reeded column are separate codes in the same stone. Both can be quoted together when a project wants two looks with one material.
State cylindrical or reeded on the PO line as well as the code.
Compliance
Two shapes in one stone need clear paperwork
Shape and code both belong on the packing list, so a mixed shipment is checked correctly. The spec sheet is released at RFQ.
Shape is the difference between this code and the reeded piece in the same marble. Documents that carry only the stone name are not enough to identify what was ordered.
Confirm the destination market and its paperwork is quoted from there. Nothing on this record is listed or marked.
Procurement
Running plain and reeded shapes in one stone
We make both shapes, so a buyer offering two looks does not have to split the order between suppliers.
Showrooms often display the plain drum and sell the reeded column, or the reverse. Both ship on one PO, through one inspection, into one container.
Custom sizes, private label packaging and printed logo work sit within the OEM and ODM service. A complete enquiry is answered within 12 hours.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity against SP1014
- Shape split across the order
- Sample or lot photographs
- Tap and waste arrangement
- Carton marking per shape
- Crate build and pallet count
- Destination port and Incoterm
Shapes are separate codes, not options, and each carries 50 pcs.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
