33 inches describes the sink body, not the cabinet. The carcass has to clear the bowl plus the reveal on both sides, so measure the interior width before the counter is cut.

Width class runs 33 to 35 inches, which puts S3318 at the lower end of wide single bowl sinks. The body fits standard 36-inch sink bases, but confirm that against your own drawings.

Front to back the body is 18 inches, and the bowl is 10 inches deep. Check that the trap, any disposal unit and a bin all fit beneath a bowl of that depth.

Ask for the drawing with the drain centre marked. On a wide single bowl the waste position decides where the trap sits inside the cabinet.

Agree the undermount reveal with the stone fabricator in writing.

Start with the cabinet and the installation type, which is undermount. Confirm the interior width and the height of any rail or brace that crosses the opening, because a 10 inch bowl needs clear space beneath it.

Next comes the fabricator. Send the model drawing so the stone is templated to the real body, and agree how the undermount fixing and supports are handled.

Plumbing follows. The drain centre, the trap and any disposal unit need to be settled before joinery is closed, and the faucet position is marked on the counter, not on the sink.

Finally, confirm the accessory scope with the quotation, such as strainer and waste fittings, so the installer opens the carton knowing what is inside. Record the answer on the project schedule next to the model code, the finish name and the order quantity.

S3318 is cUPC certified. For a submittal, ask for the spec sheet and the current certification papers, and name the destination market in the enquiry.

Drawings should travel with the quotation too. A wide body is documented most clearly when the size, drain centre and finish name all appear on one sheet.
