Small radius corners on a 30 inch bowl
Corner radius is the visible difference between one under mount stainless steel sink and the next. S3018 is recorded with small radius corners on a 30 by 18 inch body.
Softened, not square
Small radius is what the title carries. It is a different corner from a zero radius bowl and it should be written that way in the schedule.
Thirty inches wide, ten deep
Thirty inches across at 10 inches down, 762 by 254 mm on the record. That is the width a standard cabinet run is drawn around, and where a dealer range starts.

Fit & Clearance
Rough-in on a 30 inch single bowl
Thirty inches of bowl asks for more than a thirty inch cabinet. Record is 30 by 18 by 10 inches, 762 by 457 by 254 mm.
The bowl is 30 inches. The cabinet has to be wider than that and the fabricator needs the reveal on both sides, so confirm the carcass before the counter is templated.
The drawing carries the drain centre. Get it before the waste and any disposal unit the end user plans are roughed in.
Corner radius is described in the title. Get it dimensioned on the drawing.
Construction & Finish
The finish behind a volume listing
Volume does not buy a different material spec. S3018 carries SUS304, 18 gauge, 1.2 mm, brushed stainless, the same as the rest of the range.
The finish a dealer photographs
Brushed stainless is what is published, and on a volume code it is also what the catalogue image has to match. Sign it off on a physical sample before the shoot.
The type line records a handmade undermount sink and stops there. Nothing further about the build goes on a submittal until the factory confirms it.
A private label finish request is quoted at RFQ rather than assumed from the catalogue.
Compliance
A volume code carries no implied mark
Both are issued against S3018 on request. Ask at RFQ rather than after the container is booked.
No approval scheme is recorded for S3018. Volume does not change that, and nothing is claimed on the strength of it.
Give the destination market with the enquiry so testing and marking are quoted against the right rules.
