The S2520 is a shallow single bowl undermount prep sink built in SUS304 stainless steel at 18 gauge (1.2 mm), with a 6-inch bowl depth tuned for rinsing produce and light prep rather than deep washing. The reduced depth keeps the basin ergonomic for repetitive tasks and leaves room for under-cabinet storage. An undercoat and dampening pads control splash noise typical of shallow bowls. The brushed finish resists staining from acidic produce and holds an even appearance.
With a 25×20 body and a deliberate 6" deep basin, the S2520 serves island prep stations, beverage centers, and secondary rinse points where a full-depth sink is unnecessary.
