A wide mouth over a six inch well
Depth is the whole decision on this one. Among stainless steel kitchen undermount sinks 25 inch wide, a 6 inch bowl is a deliberate choice rather than a shortfall.
Six inches, published
The record lists 6 inches, 153 mm. Everything under the counter gains that space back, which is the reason to specify it.
Twenty five by twenty at the rim
The opening stays large while the well stays shallow. Check both numbers against the counter and the cabinet before it is scheduled.

What a shallow bowl changes underneath
Six inches is the number buyers query first. It is published, alongside 25 by 20 at the rim, 635 by 508 by 153 mm.
Waste routing, a drawer bank and anything else in the cabinet all sit against the 6 inch figure. Check it on the drawing before the cabinet package is approved.
The rim is 25 by 20 inches. That is the figure the counter fabricator works to, and the reveal is agreed with them in writing.
Do not size the cabinet from the depth alone. Both figures matter.
Construction & Finish
SUS304 at 18 gauge on a shallow body
The shallow body sits on the same material record as the deep ones: SUS304, 18 gauge, 1.2 mm.
Gauge is recorded, behaviour is not
1.2 mm at 18 gauge is published. How a shallow bowl behaves in service is not, so nothing of that kind is written here.
The type line says handmade undermount and goes no further. Construction detail is confirmed in writing before it reaches a submittal.
Any finish other than the published brushed stainless is an OEM request and is sampled first.

Shallow bowls are usually a small share of a schedule. Several codes can sit on one order, so the special does not travel on its own.
