Deeper Than It Is Wide
The prep bowl that goes deep into the cabinet instead of wide
Twenty inches front to back is enough for a sheet pan to sit lengthwise in the bowl instead of across it. That is the reason this stainless steel single bowl bar sink is 19 inches across and 20 inches deep into the cabinet, at 10 inches down.
The cabinet takes the load
Twenty inches front to back needs a carcass that can take it. Check the interior depth before this code is written into a schedule.
Ten inches down
Ten inches down, per the record. The bowl is sized to work as a prep station rather than as a secondary rinse.
The undermount kitchen sink collection carries the wider bodies if the cabinet cannot take the depth.
Fit & Clearance
Cabinet interior decides this one
The unusual number here is the 20 inches front to back. The record lists 19 by 20 by 10 inches, 482.6 by 508 by 254 mm.
Front to back is the constraint here, not width. A base cabinet with a full depth drawer bank behind it will not always clear the bowl.
Request the drawing with the drain centre dimensioned, so the waste runs are set before the joinery is cut.
Confirm counter overhang and cabinet interior depth together.
Construction & Finish
Gauge is the whole material record
Gauge is the only construction figure the record carries: 18 gauge, 1.2 mm, on SUS304 in brushed stainless.
The figure that is published
18 gauge, 1.2 mm. Quote that and stop, because nothing beyond it is recorded against S1920.
Handmade undermount is the recorded type. Anything else about how the body is made waits for written confirmation from the factory.
Any finish other than brushed stainless is quoted as an OEM request.
Compliance
Approval paper is quoted, not implied
Drawing and spec sheet are issued per model code, before the order rather than after it.
There is no scheme recorded against S1920. Nothing of the kind is claimed here.
Give the destination market with the enquiry. Requirements move by market and the quotation answers them directly.
Procurement
Prep bowls inside a kitchen package
SANIKB manufactures the range, so a kitchen package is quoted in one pass.
A prep bowl usually rides with a main sink order. Several codes can sit on one PO, so one inspection covers the package.
Private label packing and printed logo work on prep bowls sit with the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. The quotation comes back within 12 hours.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
