Five Vessel Sizes
One rectangular vessel shape across five references
The RSF list runs to five references sharing a rectangular above-counter shape. That gives a buyer a family rather than a single item.
A family, not one product
Five codes in one geometry let a showroom carry the same look across several vanity widths.
Single faucet hole in the title
The title records a single faucet hole. Ask where that hole sits on each reference, because a vessel basin and its counter can be drilled in more than one arrangement.
Above-counter formats sit beside the vanity-top models in the solid surface basin collection for buyers comparing both mounts.
Fit & Clearance
Counter planning for an above-counter RSF bowl
The mount is recorded as above-counter, so the basin sits proud of the finished surface.
A vessel raises the working rim above the counter, which changes the tap height a project needs. Ask for the drawing of the exact reference and pass the rim height to whoever selects the tap.
Ask which of the five references the drawing you receive actually belongs to.
Construction & Finish
Matte white recorded across the RSF codes
The material line reads Solid Surface. The finish line reads Matte White, and it is the same entry on every RSF reference.
One finish across five codes
Matte White is the entry against every RSF code. What that looks like in the hand is still a sample question, so approve a physical piece rather than the record.
Where the basin is going onto a stone or timber counter, ask for the sample early. A matte white sits differently against a warm counter than against a cool one.
Keep the approved sample on file for later repeat orders.
Compliance
What a contract project will ask you for
Name the destination market and the project type in the RFQ. That is what decides which documents apply, not the product page.
The RSF specification does not list a certification mark. A distributor who needs one for a tender has to have it arranged, not assumed.
Hotel and multi-unit work usually asks for a document pack rather than a single certificate. Send us the specifier's list at enquiry stage and we confirm in writing what can be supplied against it.
Procurement
Sampling the RSF before a bulk order
The published minimum runs to 300 pieces across the five RSF sizes.
A sample of one or two sizes ahead of bulk settles the finish and drilling questions before they reach a production quantity. Sample terms and any private label work are quoted through the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Reference codes and quantity for each
- Sample sizes required first
- Destination port and Incoterm
- Faucet hole position per code
- Waste fitting supplied or not
- Packing and pallet requirement
- Requested shipping date
Sample lead time and bulk lead time are quoted separately.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
- Destination-market documentation prepared on request
