The SN8448D is molded from roughly 80% natural quartz in a resin matrix, yielding a dense, non-porous quartz composite sink that resists scratches, stains, and heat to about 535F (280C). The Matte Black pigment runs through the full thickness, so the exposed apron and bowl divider keep an even color even with daily wear.
