Articulating Swivel
A 420 mm arm that moves to where the work is
FYF-05053 is a swivel spout kitchen faucet with an articulating high arc spout. The published height is 16.5 inches.
The spout follows the pan
An articulating arm is the point of this model. How far it travels, in degrees or in millimetres, is not published anywhere here, so ask for that figure in writing.
Tall arc with 249 mm of reach
At 420 mm the arc is high. Check the window sill or the wall cabinet above the sink before this model goes into a kitchen plan.
The rest of the swivel-spout kitchen faucet range shares the same single hole deck cut.
Fit & Clearance
Clearance above and around the articulating body
Height and reach are the two numbers to work with here.
Two clearances matter on a tall faucet. One is the space above the arc, the other is whatever the arm needs when it moves, and only the first can be read from this sheet.
The sheet gives height and reach. It does not give a folded dimension or a swing angle, so request the drawing when the sink sits under a window.
Send the sill height or the cabinet height with the enquiry.
Construction & Finish
One finish over an unstated build
Brushed nickel is the published finish. The material appears only as a catalogue tag for stainless steel.
Joints are the question here
An articulating spout has moving joints. Ask what those joints are made from and how they are serviced before the model enters a catalogue.
Nothing on the sheet describes the finish process or the cartridge. Both belong in the written confirmation that comes back with the price.
Ask for a working sample rather than photographs.
Compliance
Paperwork for a faucet that moves
A short written list at quotation stage prevents a hold at the port later.
No approval mark is listed against FYF-05053. Treat certification as unresolved until it is agreed in writing for this model.
Compliance answers are given per market and per model. Send the market and we will state the position for this one.
Procurement
Stocking a kitchen model with moving parts
A faucet with moving joints brings its after sales questions into the first order.
Moving parts raise after sales questions, so settle the spare parts position at the same time as the price. Cartridges and aerators are the usual items to cover.
Where the model carries your brand, the spare parts leaflet has to carry it too. That work belongs with the SANIKB OEM and ODM service.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity and delivery port
- Swing angle and folded size
- Spare parts list and codes
- Cartridge specification
- Working sample before order
- Carton marking and barcode
- Manual language
Spare parts can travel with the order. Say so before the packing list is cut.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
- Your logo on product, carton and documentation
- Private-label packaging and manuals
- Custom finish matched to your standard
- Custom dimensions and tooling where volume supports it
- Product development from your reference or price target
- Destination-market documentation prepared on request
