Swivel Across the Bowls
One swivel arc covers both bowls and the drainer
A kitchen tap earns its place by covering the whole sink. FYF-05001 puts a squared high arc on a swivel, so the spout serves a second bowl without anyone moving a pan.

The arc turns on the base, which is what makes a double bowl workable with a single hole tap.
Unit types get locked early and taps get changed late. Walk the square kitchen faucet range before that happens.
Fit & Clearance
12 inches of height and 8 inches of reach
Two published numbers decide this tap. 12.0 in of height and 8.0 in of reach, deck-mounted through one hole.
The 12.0 in height is the number to test against a window sill or a wall cabinet over the sink.
The 8.0 in reach decides whether the outlet lands over the bowl centre.
The tap is drilled for one hole and the sink has to agree.
Construction & Finish
Kitchen schemes covered from one brass body
The square body is recorded as brass and carries four finish names.
Four kitchen finishes, one body
Gun Metal Grey, White, Matte Black and Chrome all sit on the square body. A developer holding four kitchen grades can specify one tap code and separate the grades by finish alone.
The colour is set when the order is placed, so a developer can move a grade from Chrome to Gun Metal Grey between phases without changing the tap code. Every PO line has to name its finish.
Mixed finishes can travel in one shipment.
Compliance
Kitchen documents confirmed by destination market
Product data and a dimensioned drawing are issued against the model code.
Approval schemes are not part of the FYF-05001 record.
Name the destination market with the enquiry and we will confirm in writing what can be issued against this model.
Procurement
One tap code across every kitchen grade
Kitchen taps are bought against a unit schedule, not a shelf plan.
Allow 30 to 45 days of production after sample approval, on a minimum order of 100 pcs divided between the four finishes.
Kitchen programmes usually need instructions in the local language. That, own brand cartons and a custom finish are quoted through the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme and answered within 12 hours.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
