Square Column Waterfall
A square stainless column with an open waterfall outlet
FYF-01061 is a single-hole basin faucet built from 304 stainless steel, with a square column body and an open waterfall outlet. Matte black and brushed nickel are published.
Straight column, flat faces
The body runs as a square column from the deck to the outlet. It lines up with rectangular basins and squared vanity units without fighting them.
Open waterfall, not an aerated nose
Water leaves as a visible sheet from an open channel. It is a display detail, so basin shape and the height chosen both affect how it performs.
Two finishes and two heights carry this body across most residential briefs. It sits inside the single-hole basin faucet collection.
Fit & Clearance
Choosing between the S and T height codes
The SKU suffix decides the height, so it has to be chosen at order stage.
Four SKUs are published, two finishes across two heights. Standard suits undermount and drop-in basins, while the tall version is for bowls standing on the counter.
A spec sheet is published for this model. Ask for it with the quotation and check the outlet position against the basin the project has already bought.
Waterfall outlets need a bowl deep enough to take an open sheet without splashing.
Construction & Finish
304 stainless behind a matte black surface
The specification names 304 stainless steel as the material.
Stainless body, coloured surface
304 is a common stainless grade in kitchen and bath products. The matte black and brushed nickel surfaces are applied over that body.
Ask which surface process is used for the finish you plan to stock, and get it in writing on the quotation. It is the answer your own trade customers will want when they compare stainless taps against plated brass.
Request a finished sample rather than judging colour from photography.
Compliance
Material declarations belong in the enquiry
If your market asks for a material declaration on stainless products, raise it in the enquiry so it is quoted with the order.
The material is named as 304 stainless steel. A grade is not a certification, and no certification mark appears in the published data for this series.
Give us the destination market with the RFQ. We confirm in writing what documentation can be supplied for the SKUs you are ordering, before production is scheduled.
Procurement
Ordering FYF-01061 across four SKU codes
Published MOQ is 100 pieces across the four published SKU codes.
Break the quantity down by BK and BN, then by S and T height. That is how the order is scheduled and how your warehouse will receive it.
Labelling that keeps the four codes apart on the shelf is a job for the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Destination country and any material declaration needed
- Quantity per finish and height code
- Drain and supply hoses in scope
- Carton marking and inner label artwork
- Sample per finish before production
- Port of discharge and incoterm
Four codes on one MOQ can stretch the schedule. The quotation carries the date.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
