One Code Per Finish
FYF-01003 carries a separate code for each of its three finishes
Chrome, Gun Metal Grey and Matte Black each have their own SKU on this set, so a mixed specification is picked against codes rather than against a colour description in an email.
Three codes on one drawing
FYF-01003CR, FYF-01003LH and FYF-01003BK are the published codes, and one drawing covers all three.
A soft curve rather than a high arc
The spout on this model curves gently instead of climbing. It keeps the profile low across a wide three hole deck.
Set the code list before the PO, then draw the rest of the deck from the widespread faucet collection.
Span & Drilling
Three holes at 8 inch centres for FYF-01003
Deck mounted, three hole, at 8 inch widespread centres.
The hole centres and the overall figure are two different numbers. Drill to the centres and take deck clearance from the drawing.
Connection detail under the deck is not published. Ask for the drawing against FYF-01003.

Brass trim in bright, grey and black
Material is recorded as brass in the product record.
Chrome, Gun Metal Grey, Matte Black
Chrome, Gun Metal Grey and Matte Black run off one tooling family. Gun Metal Grey is the dark option that is not black, which is what some brand standards ask for by name.
The finish is fixed at order stage, and finishes can be mixed inside one order.
Quote the finish code and the finish name together.

The recorded fields cover type, mounting, finish, size and MOQ. No listing or testing scheme is named, so none is claimed for this trim set. Tell us the destination market with the RFQ and documents and marking are quoted against it.

SANIKB makes the trim, so the order is written against codes rather than descriptions.
MOQ is 100 pcs. Three finish codes sit on one purchase order, which keeps a mixed specification to one inspection and one container.
Private label cartons, logo printing, custom finish and packaging artwork are covered under the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. Quotes are answered within 12 hours.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
