Two people at one sink is the argument for equal bowls. Specify FDR3021 as the stainless steel farmhouse style sink when a 30 inch base still has to work for two.

A wave line across the apron rather than a plain plane, which is the styling difference from the flat fronted bodies here.
Neither bowl is the spare one
An equal split means the second person is not handed the small bowl. That is the reason to specify this over an offset body.

Nine and a half inches deep on a 30 inch base
Thirty inches is the base size this model suits.
The base still has to be modified for an apron, so schedule it as a cabinet item.
Two wastes on a 30 inch base is the detail to settle early. Bowl widths, radius and waste centres come with the drawing.
Check both waste positions against the trap.
Material & Finish
One material line, repeated on every phase
SUS304 stainless steel, 18 gauge, 1.2 mm, brushed stainless.
One line, held across phases
SUS304, 18 gauge, 1.2 mm. Brushed stainless is the only finish recorded for FDR3021.
Repeat buildings ship in phases. Carry the same material line onto each phase and the last delivery matches the first.
Own finish work is OEM, agreed before sampling.

The FDR3021 record names no approval body
Give both at RFQ. A housing project is not scoped like a private kitchen.
A multifamily bid asks for a submittal packet, and this page supports the technical half: material, gauge, size, mount and finish. No approval scheme is stated, so no listing should reach a specifier.
