Thermostatic System
A 275 mm rain head on a 780 mm riser bar
F608006 is a wall-mounted thermostatic shower system in brass, published in brushed nickel. It combines a round rain head, a handheld sprayer and a shelf on the riser.
Rain head, handheld and shelf
One column carries all three functions, so the wall needs a single set of fixings. The shelf takes bottles that would otherwise sit on the floor of the enclosure.
Listed as a thermostatic system
The specification describes this as a thermostatic shower system. Valve internals and control behaviour should be confirmed on the factory drawing before a submittal is signed.
Exposed systems suit refurbishment work where opening the wall is out of scope. See the rest of the thermostatic shower range.
Fit & Clearance
Riser height against ceiling and existing pipework
This is an exposed system, so the wall face carries everything.
A 780 mm riser plus the height of the wall inlet sets where the head lands. Check enclosure height and any sloped ceiling before this model goes into a hotel or apartment package.
The specification lists 100 to 400 mm of adjustment. Ask the factory drawing which element that range applies to and how it maps to your existing inlet position.
On refurbishment, measure the existing wall inlet height before ordering.
Construction & Finish
Brass system finished in brushed nickel
Brass is listed for the system, finished in brushed nickel.
Brass build, brushed nickel surface
Brass is listed as the material for this system. Brushed nickel gives a soft grey surface that shows water marks less than polished plating in hard-water regions.
A large rain head is the part guests touch least and see most, so surface consistency across the head, riser and shelf matters. Ask for a full assembled sample rather than separate parts when you evaluate the finish.
Specify brushed nickel accessories if the bathroom package is bought as one.
Compliance
Thermostatic claims are confirmed, not assumed
Do not carry a temperature or safety claim into your catalogue unless we have confirmed it for this model in writing.
Thermostatic is how the specification names the product type. It is not a certification, and no certification mark appears anywhere in the published data for this system.
Thermostatic products are treated seriously by inspectors in many markets. Put the destination country and the standard your customer references into the RFQ, and we answer in writing.
Procurement
Buying F608006 systems for refurbishment work
Published MOQ is 100 pieces, counted on the complete shower system.
A shower system carton is long and light, which usually means volume fills the container before weight does. Ask for carton data early when you plan freight.
Finish work and installation sheets for exposed systems are handled by the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Selling market and the standard your customer cites
- Quantity and shipment window
- Wall inlet position on the project

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
