Low Arc, Short Drop
F396001 keeps the arc low over the basin
A low spout keeps the outlet close to the bowl. That is a geometry decision before a styling one, because it sets the room a hand has under the water.
The spout stays close to the deck
This is a low arc body rather than a gooseneck, published at 6.4 by 6.8 by 1.7 inches, 163 by 173 by 43.5 mm.
Room left above the tap
A low body leaves the wall above it free.
Where the mirror or the shelf drops close behind the basin, the low body keeps the two apart. Send the elevation with the RFQ and the clearance is checked before quoting.
Reach & Bowl
Checking F396001 against the bowl you specified
Deck mounted, single hole, published overall at 6.4 by 6.8 by 1.7 inches.
A low arc leaves less room between the outlet and the bowl, so check that a hand still fits under it.
Tail, thread and hose length are not published. Ask for the drawing.
Test the hand clearance on the actual bowl.
Construction & Finish
Brass held in gold, black and bright
Brass is recorded as the material.
Brushed Gold, Matte Black, Chrome
Brushed Gold leads the listing, with Matte Black and Chrome behind it. Three looks come off one tooling family and go on one purchase order.
Finish is committed when the order goes in, and two can sit on the same order.
The finish name goes on the PO line every time.
Documents
F396001 has no approval scheme on its record
Drawing and spec sheet are issued on request with the quotation.
The record covers material, type, mounting, finish, size and MOQ and names no listing or testing scheme, so nothing of that kind belongs in a tender answer. Give the destination market at enquiry and marking is quoted against it.
Procurement
Pricing F396001 for a show unit and a block
The tap is made in house, so show unit and block counts share one quotation.
MOQ is 100 pcs. Two finishes on one purchase order cost one inspection and one container.
Private label cartons, logo printing, custom finish and packaging artwork are part of the SANIKB OEM and ODM programme. Quotes are answered within 12 hours.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Quantity per finish
- Bowl depth on the specified ware
- Hole diameter and deck thickness
- Supply hose length and thread
- Destination market, port and incoterm
Say which finish is for the show unit.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
