FAQs

How does the diverter route water to the hand shower?

A diverter on the body switches the flow from the tub spout to the hand shower and back, so only one outlet runs at a time. The flexible hose lets the wand reach across the tub for rinsing.

Is the angular riser stable enough for daily freestanding use?

Yes, the square riser is reinforced and anchored to the subfloor with the supplied bracket to resist the side-load of pulling the hand shower. Setting the floor rough-in to the spec dimensions ensures it stands rigid.

Can the four finishes be mixed within one purchase order?

Yes, Chrome, Matte Black, Brushed Gold, and Brushed Nickel can be combined in a single order subject to the program MOQ. This lets distributors stock multiple palettes from one shipment.
