Narrow 18 Inch Body
The tightest front to back body in this group
A stainless steel kitchen double sink is normally ruled out by cabinet depth, not by width. DR2918 runs an 18 inch front to back body, the narrowest here, at a full ten inch drop.
Eighteen inches front to back
Every other code here is 19 or 20 inches front to back. This one gives an inch back to the counter, often what makes a double bowl possible.
Less deck around the bowl
On an 18 inch body the tap base and a soap dispenser share a shallower deck. Set both out on the drawing before drilling.
Compact kitchen programmes shop this end of the stainless steel sink line first.
Fit & Clearance
Making a double bowl work on a shallow counter
Published figures are 29 by 18 by 10 inches, 736.6 by 457.2 by 254 mm.
The 18 inch figure is the sink, not the counter. Confirm the carcass and the services behind it.
Listed depth is still ten inches, so the cabinet takes a full drop on a small footprint.
Small footprint does not mean a small drop. Check the cabinet interior height.
Construction & Finish
Full gauge on a reduced footprint
SUS304 stainless steel, 18 gauge, 1.2 mm, brushed stainless, as on the larger bodies.
Specification is not reduced with size
Compact codes carry the same grade, gauge and finish as the 33 inch bodies. Nothing marks them as a lighter build.
Quote grade and gauge exactly as published. Do not round the figures.
Compliance
Small format, same documentation route
DR2918 is a separate code from the 29 by 20 inch bodies. Paperwork must carry it, not the wider sibling.
No approval scheme is recorded against this code, so a submittal carries dimensions and material only.
Tell us the destination market at enquiry stage. Compact codes are often the first shipment, so the documentation route is settled on this order.
Procurement
The narrow body in a mixed size shipment
Compact codes rarely carry an order alone. They earn a place beside the volume sizes.
D2920 and D2920B cover the same width on a 20 inch body. DR2918 still fits where the counter cannot take those, so it saves a lost line.
Label and logo work runs through the OEM and ODM programme. Ask for the spec sheet and the drawing with the code list. Quotations come back within 12 hours.

How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
