60/40 In A 29 Inch Body
A large wash bay without growing the cabinet
A double bowl stainless steel sink 29 inches wide normally means two small bays. D2920B moves the width into one bowl big enough for a stock pot.
Where the disposer has to go
In a 29 inch carcass there is one sensible place for a disposer, and on a 60/40 body that is under the short bay. It takes the room the trap also wants.
The pipework follows that decision
Two bays of different size put the wastes at uneven spacing. Ask for the drawing with both drain centres.
Buyers stocking both splits list them together in the stainless steel kitchen sink line.
Fit & Clearance
Roughing in two unequal wastes at 29 inches
The body matches the equal split at 29 by 20 by 10 inches, 736.6 by 508 by 254 mm.
Outside figures match the equal split code, so one cabinet check covers either.
Listed depth is ten inches. Confirm trap height inside the carcass before the layout is approved.
Disposer side is a layout decision, not a factory option.
Construction & Finish
Gauge does not change with the bowl plan
SUS304 stainless steel, 18 gauge, 1.2 mm, brushed stainless, as on the equal split.
Same steel across both splits
Nothing separate is published for the divider on an offset body. Get that detail from the factory in writing.
Brushed stainless is the published finish. Raise any alternative at enquiry stage.
Compliance
What a submittal can and cannot say yet
D2920 and D2920B share a body but are separate codes. Drawings must carry the code you ordered.
This record names no certification scheme, so a submittal carries the code, the dimensions and the material line.
Where a project needs third party paperwork, say so at RFQ. It is arranged against the destination market.
Procurement
Pairing the offset and the equal split on one PO
Most first orders take both splits at this width, because only the bowl plan changes.
D2920 is the 50/50 version of this body and DR2918 covers the same job on an 18 inch footprint. All three ship brushed.
Artwork and label format are fixed on the approval sheet inside the OEM and ODM service. Ask for the spec sheet and the dimensioned drawing with the RFQ. Quotations come back within 12 hours.
Include these details with the RFQ
- Split and quantity per line
- Cabinet interior width
- Disposer side if applicable
- Private label carton artwork
- Port, Incoterm and delivery window
MOQ is 50 pieces per code, so a two code order starts at 100 pieces.
How we work
From enquiry to shipment
A factory-direct process built for importers, distributors and project buyers. No trading layer in between.
-
01
Send the enquiry
Tell us the model, quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirement. A spec sheet or drawing helps but is not required to start.
-
02
Our sales team contacts you
A named account manager follows up by email or WhatsApp, confirms the specification and clarifies anything missing before pricing.
-
03
Quotation
You receive a written quotation with unit price, MOQ, packing details, lead time and the trade term you asked for. Entry, mid and premium build levels can be quoted side by side.
-
04
Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.
-
05
Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
OEM and ODM to your specification
We develop to a brief. Send a reference model, a drawing or simply the price band and market you are targeting, and we will propose what fits. Entry, mid and premium builds are all available from the same factory.
