Fit & Clearance
Setting out 889009 across repeated rooms
One ring is a five minute decision. Three hundred is a setting out drawing.
Fix the position against the basin centre line in the room type drawing, then let every installer work to that one dimension. A ring moved after tiling leaves two filled holes at eye level.
Give the tile module in the RFQ if the fixing has to miss a joint.

Chrome is one of seven finishes for 889009
SUS304 stainless steel is the listed material. The finish field is where the sourcing advantage sits.
Seven finishes, one supplier
Listed finishes are Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Gun Grey and Antique Bronze. One model number carries all of them, chosen at order stage.
The ring is gripped with a wet hand every day, so it is judged from 300mm and not across the room. Record the approved finish name against 889009 and the replacement ordered two years later still matches the bar beside it.
Finishes can be mixed on one order. Write the finish name out in full on every purchase order line, because 889009 does not carry it, and keep the approved reference on file for the repeat run.

Certification is not claimed for 889009
The spec sheet and drawing for 889009 go out on request, with the finish quoted by name.
The data names no certification mark. Stated fields are material, finish range, mounting, model and MOQ.
Where a market wants declarations for stainless accessories, name them in the RFQ and they come back with the quotation.
Procurement
Towel ring and towel bar on one quotation
The ring is a low value line that causes trouble out of proportion when bought separately.
Six companions are published beside it: 889001 towel bar, 889003 towel rack with bar, 889006 toilet brush holder, 889007 toilet paper holder, 889008 robe hook and 889010 soap dish. On one quotation the ring stops being the reorder that turns up six months later in another chrome.

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
