Reached standing, not leaning
Height follows a person standing under running water. Too low and it is reached by bending, too high and it collects spray.

Fit & Clearance
Positioning QG821012 inside the enclosure
Mounting is wall mounted, and inside a shower that raises two questions.
First is projection, because a hinged door sweeps a fixed arc and anything inside it will be found by the glass. Second is the anchor, since wet zone tile sits on blockwork or tanked board.
Ask for projection and fixing centres before the enclosure is ordered.

Material is listed as SUS304 stainless steel. The finish list is where a multi project buyer gets leverage.
One model, seven finish answers
Published finishes are Antique Bronze, Chrome, Polished Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold and Gun Grey. The choice is made at order stage and can change between orders.
A sample room can be built in antique bronze while production floors run brushed nickel, with no second supplier or model number.
One order can carry more than one finish. Brushed gold and polished gold are listed separately, so name them in full per line.
Compliance
No certification claim for QG821012
A spec sheet and dimensioned drawing are held for QG821012 and go out during quotation for the submittal.
Sitting inside the enclosure does not add a certification to this line. The published record stops at material, finish range, mounting, model and MOQ.
Shower fittings often ship in their own carton so site can sequence them. Raise destination market documentation and any packing declaration in the RFQ.
Procurement
Wet zone and basin pieces on one bronze order
Shower accessories are added last and sourced separately, which is how a room ends up with two bronzes.
Ten companions are published: QG821001 towel bar, QG821003 towel rack with bar, QG821004 and QG821005 glass shelves, QG821006 toilet brush holder, QG821007 toilet paper holder, QG821008 robe hook, QG821009 towel ring, QG821010 soap dish and QG821011 double tumbler holder. On one order the enclosure pieces and the basin pieces leave in the same bronze, on the same inspection.
Factory direct means the branding is yours. Private label, custom carton artwork and finish requests are handled in house. See the SANIKB OEM and ODM program.

Quotation

Sample approval
We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
