Sink SN102WD is cast from dense fireclay ceramic and kiln-fired at high temperature, producing a non-porous body that resists staining, scratching, and thermal shock in heavy commercial service. The thick-walled construction and fused glossy white glaze deliver consistent color and surface hardness across full production runs, which keeps QC rejection rates low for distributors stocking at volume. We supply these fireclay kitchen sinks with batch-controlled dimensional tolerances suited to project specification.
This double-bowl model carries dual recessed ledges machined into the apron and basin walls, allowing cutting boards, colanders, and drying racks to slide across the work zone for prep-heavy kitchens. The double recessed groove apron and twin bowls support apron-front farmhouse mounting in standard 36-inch base cabinetry, with the integrated ledges adding usable surface without enlarging the footprint.
