We send a sample for finish, function and packaging sign-off. Branded samples are produced once artwork is confirmed.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.

Each 48x36 shower pan in the series is formed from SMC composite / solid surface, chosen for dimensional stability across a large flat panel and for resistance to the cracking and flex that thinner units develop underfoot over a service life. The floor carries an anti-slip texture for secure footing in wet use, with a smooth solid-surface body that wipes clean.
On the install side, the bases ship with adjustable leveling feet, which let crews dial out subfloor irregularities and speed leveling on multi-unit jobs. The drain opening is cut for a standard 2-inch waste, so it mates with common North American and international rough-ins without an adapter. The combination — stable material, integrated slip resistance, and field-adjustable leveling — is built around what contractors actually deal with on site, not just bench specs.
The series is engineered for OEM/ODM bulk supply, manufactured across 63,440 m² of production facilities under cUPC, CE, and ISO 9001 certified processes.
