Fireclay is shaped from dense ceramic clay and fired past 2,000°F until it vitrifies into a single non-porous body. Done right, it shrugs off chips, stains, and heat for decades. Done wrong, it warps in the kiln and crazes inside a year.

The difference is source control. We own the clay body, the glaze line, and the firing — so the sink that clears inspection is the sink that ships. No third factory in the chain, no quiet substitution after the sample is approved.

Ja. Wir fertigen Schamottespülen nach Ihren Zeichnungen – mit individuellen Maßen, Beckenkonfiguration, Frontprofil und Ablaufposition. Nicht-standardisierte Größen erfordern eine eigene Form; geringfügige Änderungen können an einer bestehenden Form vorgenommen werden, was in der Werkzeugerstellung schneller und kostengünstiger ist.

Wie hoch ist die Mindestbestellmenge (MOQ) für individuell gefertigte Spülbecken aus Schamotte?

Die Mindestbestellmenge (MOQ) hängt davon ab, ob für Ihre Spezifikation eine neue Form erforderlich ist. Branding oder die Anpassung eines bestehenden SANIKB-Feinkeramikdesigns erfordert eine geringere MOQ als eine vollständig kundenspezifische Form, bei der die Werkzeugkosten vorab auf die Produktion umgelegt werden. Die genaue MOQ wird im Angebot basierend auf Ihren Spezifikationen bestätigt.

Bieten Sie OEM- und Private-Label-Spülbecken aus Schamottkeramik an?

Ja. Wir versehen Ihre Produkte mit Ihrem Logo, erstellen Ihre Verpackung und bereiten Ihre Dokumentation vor. Die Spülen werden unter Ihrem Markennamen versandt, ohne Zwischenhändler zwischen Ihnen und dem Werk.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Ihrem OEM- und ODM-Service?

OEM bedeutet, dass wir ein bestehendes oder leicht modifiziertes Design unter Ihrer Marke produzieren – der schnellste Weg zum ersten Container. ODM bedeutet, dass wir ein Waschbecken nach Ihrer ursprünglichen Zeichnung oder Ihrem Konzept entwickeln und produzieren – mit vollständigem Designeigentum sowie integrierter Werkzeugerstellung und Bemusterung.

Wie lange dauert die Probenahme und was kostet sie?

Die Bemusterung erfolgt gemäß Spezifikation – ein neues Werkzeug nimmt mehr Zeit in Anspruch als die Anpassung eines bestehenden. Sobald das Muster freigegeben ist, beträgt die standardmäßige Serienfertigung 30–45 Tage.

Welche Glasurfarben und Oberflächenausführungen können Sie anpassen?

Wir stimmen uns auf Ihre Farbreferenz, Pantone oder ein physisches Muster ab, in glänzend oder matt. Da wir die Glasurlinie besitzen, entspricht das Finish auf dem freigegebenen Muster genau dem Finish der Produktionscharge.

Sind Ihre Spülbecken aus Schamotte für den US-amerikanischen und den EU-Markt zertifiziert?

Die Verfügbarkeit von Zertifizierungen ist modell- und zielmarktabhängig. Bitte senden Sie uns das gewünschte Modell und den Zielmarkt, damit wir die aktuell geltenden Dokumente vor der Angebotserstellung bestätigen können; wir gehen nicht davon aus, dass ein Zertifikat automatisch jede kundenspezifische Konfiguration abdeckt.

Wie lauten Ihre Produktionsvorlaufzeiten und Lieferbedingungen?

Die Standard-Massenproduktion beträgt 30–45 Tage nach Musterfreigabe. Wir versenden FOB Foshan mit versandfertigen Exportdokumenten; andere Incoterms sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.
