Shape & Profile
Slim rim and softly tapered sides
D-8368 has a symmetric stadium plan. Its sides taper gently toward the floor rather than steeply, and the rim stays slim all the way round.
A gentle taper
The taper on D-8368 is gentle rather than steep, which keeps the base close to the rim outline and gives the tub a simple oval look.
1170 mm inner length on the 1700 size
On the 1700 mm size the drawing gives a basin floor of 1170 by 470 mm (46 by 18.5 in), set 265 mm (10 in) in from each end and 165 mm (6.5 in) from each side.

The two D-8368 sizes share an 800 mm (31.5 in) width and a 600 mm (23.6 in) height and differ only in length, 1500 mm (59 in) against 1700 mm (67 in).

A floor-standing filler needs its supply brought up through the floor beside the tub, so fix that position before tiling; a wall-mounted spout needs the wall rough-in instead. The waste falls at the center of the footprint.
Take the waste position for D-8368 from the approved drawing, and set the filler position with the filler chosen for the project.

D-8368 is made from pure acrylic sheet with a gloss white finish.

On a softly tapered shell, the gloss surface is the main finish detail of D-8368. Approve a sample to set it for the order.
Ask how the slim D-8368 rim is protected in the carton, since the thin edge is exposed during loading.
Agree how surface scratches found on delivery are reported.
