Deck & Faucet
A flat deck that takes a five-piece faucet set
FT086 moves the faucet off the floor and onto the tub. The top of the shell is a wide flat deck, and the tub is shown with a five-piece faucet set mounted on it.
Faucet on the tub, not the floor
With a deck-mounted faucet there is no floor riser to set out beside the tub. The supplies run up to the deck instead, so their route is planned under the tub before the floor is finished.
Trapezoid sides
The walls lean outward from a narrower base up to the deck. In plan the tub is a straight-sided rectangle.

Because the faucet sits on the deck, the room layout needs no separate floor or wall position for it. Hot and cold supplies still have to reach the tub, so agree the hole positions and the pipe route with the plumber before the floor is closed.
Take the deck hole spacing and the drain position from the approved drawing.

FT086 is made from pure acrylic sheet in white, with the deck as part of the same shell.

Faucet seen against white
The deck is part of the white shell, so the faucet set stands on a white surface. Pick the faucet finish with that background in mind.
Whether the five-piece set comes with the tub or is ordered separately is agreed at quotation.
Deck edges and drilled holes need protection in the carton; record any damage to them when the tubs are unloaded.
Agree the surface sheen on the approval sample.
Compliance
cUPC certification for FT086
Keep the tub certificate and any faucet documents as separate items so each can be checked on its own.
FT086 is cUPC certified. Request the current certificate number for FT086 before the tub is written into a submittal.
If the faucet set is ordered with the tub, list its documents as a separate line. The written response to a FT086 enquiry is issued within 12 business hours.
