Shape & Profile
Concave flared ends on a flat base
D-8020 has all four corners rounded and a symmetric side profile. Each end curves outward from the flat base up to the level rim.
A shallow concave sweep at each end
The end walls sweep out in a shallow concave line rather than a straight slope, which sets the outline of the tub from the side. Both concave ends are shaped as backrests.
Center drain for either direction
The drain is drawn at the middle of the basin, so the bather can lie facing either end.
Because all three lengths share one 750 mm width, only the length clearance changes between room types. Oval and square shapes sit in the freestanding bathtub collection.

Width and height stay at 750 mm (29.5 in) and 600 mm (23.6 in) on every D-8020. Only the length changes: 1500, 1700 or 1800 mm.

The drawing gives inner depths of 460 mm and 470 mm (18.1 and 18.5 in) for D-8020. On the 1800 mm size, check that the room still leaves space to walk past the ends once the tub is placed.
Assign each room its SKU before ordering, since the three lengths look alike once boxed.
Construction & Finish
White acrylic with a level thin rim
The D-8020 shell is pure acrylic sheet in white, the same across all three lengths. The rim is thin and runs level all the way round.

Ordering all three D-8020 lengths in the same white keeps rooms of different sizes matched within one building.
The gloss level of D-8020 is confirmed on the approval sample at quotation.
Ask for lifting points to be marked on the 1800 mm cartons so site crews handle the long units correctly.
Keep the approved sample on file as the reference for incoming units.
Compliance
cUPC certification for D-8020
Keep D-8020-150, D-8020-170 and D-8020-180 apart on packing lists so each room receives the correct length.
D-8020 is cUPC certified at 1500, 1700 and 1800 mm. Ask for the certificate number and validity date with the three SKUs named on the document.
Send the destination market and a list of required documents with the D-8020 enquiry, and a written reply follows within 12 business hours.
