The Length filter sorts sizes into bands. Seven models have a size in the Under 55 inch band: the D-8202 at 47 and 51 in, the round D-8138 at 54 in across, and the D-8330, D-8331, FT060–FT065, D-8332 and the drop-in BBG5128 at 51 in. Those five also come at 55 in, and together with the FT013/FT014/FT023/FT024 and the round D-8028Q and D-8028 they make up the 55 to 59 inch band.
Three models also come in longer sizes. The FT060–FT065 adds 59, 62, 67 and 70 in, the FT013/FT014/FT023/FT024 adds 59, 67 and 71 in, and the drop-in BBG series adds 59 in (BBG5928), so a project that mixes small and standard bathrooms can keep one design throughout.
The D-8202 is a stadium oval with a thick rolled lip and a recessed plinth base. The D-8331, with an egg-shaped plan and a rim rising to one raised end, and the FT060–FT065, with a crescent body and a high rounded backrest, are single-slipper designs also in our slipper tubs. The D-8330 is a rounded rectangle with gently flared sides, and the D-8332 has a waisted plan with a built-in seat step inside one end.
The FT013/FT014/FT023/FT024, a double-ended rectangle with a black exterior and white interior, also appears with our black bathtubs. The round D-8028 and D-8138 have vertical walls, and the D-8028 stands on a recessed base ring.
Measure the floor, and the route the tub will take into the room, before choosing a shape. The seven non-round models suit a rectangular floor area, since each is 700 to 800 mm (28 to 31 in) wide at lengths up to 55 in; a round model needs a square space instead. Leave room around a freestanding model for cleaning and for the tub filler. The D-8028Q (19 in high) and the BBG5128/BBG5528/BBG5928 (16 to 17 in high) are set into a platform so only the rim or deck shows; more are in our drop-in bathtubs.
