Solid Surface Bathtubs

Solid surface bathtubs are cast tubs with a smooth, uniform matte body, chosen when a project wants a sculpted shape rather than a standard shell. This range covers 54 designs: 24 ovals, 10 rounded rectangles, 8 rectangles, 8 boat forms, 2 rounds, plus one slipper and one contoured oval. The largest listed dimension runs from 1300 to 1850 mm, and most designs come in two to five sizes.

Hotel suites, residential developments and showroom programs use the range to keep one material across several bathroom layouts. The Solid Surface bathtub range is cUPC certified. Finish and size requests are reviewed with each quotation, and the full material lineup sits under wholesale bathtubs.

Bathtub buying questions

How do I choose a size across the solid surface range?

Size selection starts with the room layout, because each design lists its own catalog sizes from 1300 to 1850 mm at the largest figure. Ovals and rounded rectangles offer the widest spread, often four or five sizes per model, such as the T8607 continuous oval. Shortlist the shape first, then pick the size entry that fits the room plan and confirm against the model spec sheet.

How does solid surface compare with acrylic for project bathtubs?

Solid surface and acrylic serve different project briefs. Acrylic tubs are formed from sheet over a reinforced shell and suit high-volume standard layouts, while solid surface designs are cast as one material for sculpted forms and a matte look. Buyers who need standard alcove, drop-in or whirlpool formats should review the acrylic range, and buyers specifying a statement tub should compare the solid surface designs here.

Which installation formats does the solid surface range cover?

Installation format is confirmed model by model, because the factory catalog shows the designs but does not state an installation type for each one. The pictured units sit on the floor as standalone pieces, including plinth, frame-supported and boat forms. Before a layout is approved, request written confirmation from the factory for the installation method, drain position and supports of the selected model.

What are the minimum order, sample and lead time terms?

Minimum order quantity, sample availability and lead time are set per model in the written quotation, because they depend on the design, size mix and destination. Send the model codes, chosen sizes, quantities and target project date with the inquiry. SANIKB replies within 12 business hours, and the quotation states order terms, packing and the confirmed finish for each line.

Can SANIKB supply private label or custom solid surface bathtubs?

Private label and custom requests are reviewed as part of the OEM/ODM quotation for this range. Buyers can ask about finish, size adjustments and branding for a program, and each request is confirmed in writing before production. Start from an existing design, such as the XA-8801 deep oval, so the factory can quote changes against a known model.

How should hotel and multi-unit projects specify these tubs?

Hotel and multi-unit projects should fix one or two designs per room type and record the factory model with the exact size string. Repeating the same model across floors keeps installation details consistent and simplifies replacement stock. Group quantities by model and size in the inquiry, and request written confirmation from the factory for drain and support details before the schedule is signed.
