RIM-SUPPORTED
Self-rimming 603 mm basin for existing cut-outs
Drop-in and undermount basins ask different things of the worktop. The 603 mm solid surface drop-in vanity basin with beveled self-rimming edge, RSM603, rests a thick rim on the counter around a cut-out, and that rim carries the unit.
No undermount clip system is needed, and the existing worktop stays in place. For renovation programs that reuse cut-outs, that is the main reason to choose a self-rimming solid surface basin as the vanity top.
Against an integrated bathroom vanity top, RSM603 leaves the counter material and the basin as two decisions, which gives the contractor more freedom on the worktop.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Three details to settle with the cabinet maker
Cut-out template
Ask for the dimensioned template so the worktop opening is cut once and the 60 mm rim lands cleanly on the surface.
Extra tap holes
One centre hole comes as standard. More holes can be drilled to order if the mixer set needs them.
Edge detail
Approve the visible bevel next to the adjoining worktop. A different rim profile is reviewed as a custom request.

RSM603 is cUPC certified. Send the destination market with the enquiry and we answer on documents in writing.
If your market asks for a declaration on the finished item, raise it at RFQ stage.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
