RIBBED DRAINBOARD
Solid surface kitchen sink: ribbed deck right, bowls left
Look at the layout before the colour: bowls on the left, a ribbed drainboard on the right, one tap hole in the rear deck. That is the charcoal solid surface kitchen sink with drainboard, RSCC series, in three lengths, an integrated sink cast as one piece.
Bowl and deck as one body
Bowls, deck and ribbed drainboard are moulded in a single matte charcoal solid surface piece, so there is no separate tray to fit or seal and no seam to trap dirt.
Single or double
RSCC860 and RSCC900 have one bowl each. RSCC1150 adds a smaller second bowl between the main bowl and the drainboard.
Bowls left, drainboard right
Every code ships with the bowls on the left and the drainboard on the right. Reversing the hand is possible for OEM and ODM orders, so state the hand against the cabinet plan before production.

All three codes are 500 mm front to back and 200 mm high. Length and bowl layout change with the code.

Plan the cabinet from the overall length, because bowl width says little about the opening required. RSCC900 adds 40 mm of overall length to RSCC860 and gives a wider single bowl.
Once a countertop is cut, a left hand layout cannot be swapped for a right hand one. Check the hand against the cabinet plan before the cutout is made.

Choosing charcoal solid surface sinks over stainless
Solid surface sinks like RSCC carry solid colour all through the body, so scratches from cookware can be buffed out rather than exposing a contrasting core.
Matte Charcoal
Matte charcoal on every code
Solid surface in a matte charcoal finish runs across RSCC860, RSCC900 and RSCC1150.
Charcoal needs its own display space beside pale worktops rather than next to steel. Approve the shade from a physical sample of the exact code, set against worktop and cabinet samples.
Where several units go to one project, agree acceptable shade variation in writing before production.

Where a drainboard sink earns its footprint
The three RSCC codes are separate items. Ask for documents against the code on your purchase order.
Kitchenettes and hospitality pantries benefit from a solid surface kitchen sink with a built-in drying zone, because dishes drain straight into the bowl. RSCC860 is the shortest option for tight runs.
Builders pricing a development can split RSCC codes by apartment type, using single-bowl units in compact kitchens and RSCC1150 where a second bowl is wanted.
