LEDGE OPTION
600mm solid surface vessel basin with integrated faucet ledge
Two decisions shape a vessel order: where the tap is mounted and how much of the counter has to be cut. RS600-Y settles the first one. A raised ledge runs along the rear of the bowl, is cast into the body, and carries a single pre-drilled faucet hole.
The tap therefore sits on the basin, not on the counter. Your joiner cuts one waste opening and no tap hole, then sets a rectangular solid surface vessel sink that is 600 mm long, 370 mm wide and 140 mm high.
Compared with plain vessel sinks, the ledge gives a deck-mounted mixer a fixed position that is already drilled at our factory. Compared with a vanity-top basin, the bowl stays above the counter and the countertop stays a simple slab.

Because the outlet is offset, plan the trap position on the cabinet drawing before the counter is drilled. Other bathroom sinks and formats sit in the solid surface basin range.

Length and bowl depth
Our factory casts length, width and bowl depth to your drawing, so a hotel program can match the basin to the bathroom vanity carcass it already has.
Ledge layout
The hole on the ledge can be left out or moved on OEM orders, which suits a wall-mounted spout or a different mixer centre.
Colour and packing
Matte white is the standard finish. Other finish colours and branded cartons are available for resale programs.

Name the market and the project in your RFQ and the document answer arrives with the quotation.
RS600-Y is cUPC certified. Tell us the destination country and the project standard when you send the enquiry, and we answer against that market in writing.
Samples and submittal drawings are available before bulk production, so the approved piece and the shipped piece match.

Production and shipment
Mass production starts after sample approval and deposit. QC and inspection run before loading, then the order ships to the agreed port.
