The rectangular ceramic basin with a broad rear deck, D114, is specified for above-counter and wall-hung installation, so one code can serve both layouts on a project.
Hotel and multifamily jobs often mix vanity tops with wall-hung positions in service areas. D114 lets a buyer keep a single bowl across both, with the same 580 × 450 × 160 mm body.
Its square corners sit well against tile and rectangular countertops, and its broad deck gives the tap a stable platform at the back.
For a wall-hung position, agree the support method and the finished rim height with your installers early. On a counter, check the tap spout against the 450 mm depth so the stream lands in the cavity.
