D578 将笔直的后缘与前部两角的宽弧线结合，这款陶瓷台上/挂墙两用盆为矩形造型，前部中段保持一段直线，而不是整个前缘全部为弧形。盆后设有通长的陶瓷水龙头台面和一个水龙头孔，台面前方的洗涤盆腔连续贯通，图中表示有一个底部排水孔，未显示溢水孔。光滑直立的外壁承托着纤薄的前沿。这款白色陶瓷盆体既适合台上安装，也适合挂墙安装，整体尺寸 430 × 305 × 130 mm。两种安装方式属于同一工厂型号，130 mm 为外部高度。
