FAQs

What hardware makes up the DL-08 120 exposed shower set?

DL-08 120 ships as a complete exposed shower set: a round riser, an L-shaped arm holding a round rain head, a slide bar with a round handheld, and a rectangular mixer. Every piece sits on the wall face, so nothing is buried behind tile. Distributors can list DL-08 120 as one line item instead of sourcing the riser, arm, head and handheld separately from different suppliers.

What is distinctive about the open-loop lever on DL-08 120?

DL-08 120 is recognized by its open-loop lever, an open frame handle mounted on top of the rectangular mixer next to three knurled knobs. The knurling gives the knobs a ridged, textured grip, while the open-loop shape keeps the lever visually light. Before ordering, ask our sales desk which function each knob and the lever control on DL-08 120, and we answer in writing within 12 business hours.

Which SKU codes cover each DL-08 120 finish?

DL-08 120 carries a separate SKU suffix for every finish: DL-08 120-BK for matte black, DL-08 120-CP for chrome, DL-08 120-LSJ for brushed gold and DL-08 120-QH for gun metal grey. Quoting by full SKU avoids mix-ups when one purchase order carries several finishes. One purchase order can carry DL-08 120 in more than one finish, and any packaging or labeling requirements can be listed on the RFQ.

What is the minimum order for DL-08 120, and can it carry our brand?

DL-08 120 has a published MOQ of 100 pcs, with lead time quoted per order once finish split and quantity are known. Wholesale buyers who want their own logo or retail packaging can review the OEM and ODM service page and include branding requirements in the first enquiry, so the quote for DL-08 120 already reflects them.

Is DL-08 120 meant for a shower-only wall or a tub wall?

DL-08 120 is configured for a shower-only wall: water leaves through the round rain head overhead and the round handheld on its slide bar, with no tub spout in the set. Contractors fitting a bathtub alcove can look at the Open Frame Lever Tub and Shower Faucet Set DL-08 119, which keeps the same open frame lever styling for a tub layout.
