Hotels And Multifamily

Frameless corner shower enclosure for hotel and multi-unit builds

Hotel groups, multifamily developers and showroom chains ask the same thing of a corner enclosure: one drawing that repeats across dozens of bathrooms. K-312 answers with two tempered glass panels meeting at 90°, with the second panel carrying a hinged door.

No perimeter frame runs around the glass. Precision hinges on the door and glass-to-glass corner connectors do the holding, so the only visible metal is hardware in Black, Chrome or Brushed.

As a space saving corner shower, the rectangular plan leaves the wall opposite the door free for a vanity run or towel storage. Allow the door's swing arc in front of the enclosure.

For retail chains, the same model displays well in three hardware looks, so one showroom unit can stand in for the whole K-312 family among corner shower enclosures when dealers choose finishes. Staff then explain the glass options from one sample panel set.

Corners that fall between the reference lengths are specified to the measured figure. Measure both corner walls, not only the longer one, because a frameless shower enclosure depends on walls that are plumb where the glass lands.

Blue and grey suit darker or more decorative bathrooms. Coated panels are chosen where cleaning time matters.

Black, Chrome or Brushed

Finish is a separate choice, so a coated 10 mm panel can ship with any of the three hinge sets.

Thickness, glass option and finish are all fixed at order stage, so one corner shower specification can be released in several looks.

Ask for market-specific glass documentation when you send the size schedule, so the file is complete before your buyer asks for it. Hotel and developer teams usually attach the sheet to their submittal package.

Which reference lengths can we quote for a frameless corner shower enclosure like K-312?+

Three reference builds are 36" × 79" (915 × 2000 mm), 48" × 79" (1219 × 2000 mm) and 59" × 79" (1500 × 2000 mm), each in 10 mm glass. Any length between 900 and 1500 mm at a 2000 mm height can also be cut to order. Reference and custom lengths can sit on separate lines of one purchase order.

Can a 20 pcs order be split across lengths, glass thicknesses and finishes?+

Yes. Split by length, glass thickness and hardware finish when the split is stated in the RFQ, and the factory confirms how it counts against the 20 pcs MOQ. How is K-312 held together without a metal frame?+

A frameless build relies on precision hinges on the door and glass-to-glass corner connectors where the two panels meet at 90°. No frame runs around the panels, which keeps the corner visually open. Thinner 6 or 8 mm tempered panels remain an option where the project specification calls for them.

What should a contractor measure before ordering a corner enclosure?+

Measure the length of each corner wall, the target height and the floor or curb detail. Frameless glass depends on plumb walls, so check both walls and not only the longer one. Add the hinge side and send the numbers with glass thickness, tint, finish and quantity.
