820 mm back on a 1500 mm tub
FT055 puts a tall backrest on a short, narrow tub. The raised end reaches 820 mm (32.3 in), while the plan is 1500 by 690 mm (59 by 27.2 in).
Backrest to 820 mm
The 820 mm height is measured at the top of the raised end. The foot end is lower, so that figure does not describe water depth.
Near-vertical walls
The sides rise almost straight from a flat oval base, which keeps the floor footprint close to the rim outline.

At 820 mm (32.3 in) the raised end may meet a window sill or a wall fixture, so check the wall elevation behind it before the position is fixed.
Ask for the FT055 drawing to fix the waste before the floor is laid.

White acrylic in a tall, slim-rimmed shell
The FT055 shell is formed from pure acrylic sheet in white, with a slim rim along the top of its near-vertical sides.

A tall white back
At 820 mm, the backrest end presents a tall panel of white acrylic toward the room. Check how it looks on the approved sample.
The 820 mm end is the tallest part of the shell and the first to take a knock. Ask how it is protected and which way up the carton travels.
Log any damage to the backrest end at delivery, before the note is signed.

FT055 is supplied as FT055 only, so all documents carry that one reference.
FT055 is cUPC certified. Ask for the certificate reference and validity date against FT055 when preparing a submittal.
