UNEQUAL BOWLS
60/40 offset undermount kitchen sink for working kitchens
Two bowls, unequal on purpose. The large bowl measures 15-3/4" × 18-7/8" and the small one 10-3/8" × 16", which is where the 60/40 name comes from.
Cookware goes in the large bowl and the small bowl stays free for rinsing. Overall outline is 29-1/2" × 20-7/8" (749 × 530 mm).
Developers pick this layout for family-size apartments and townhouse kitchens, where one bowl feels limiting but an even split wastes width.

How the offset layout is built
Large bowl to the left
The 15-3/4" bowl sits on the left and the 10-3/8" bowl on the right.
Four tooled depths
Depths of 6", 7", 8" and 9" are available. Pick the depth for the cabinet below and the pots above.
16G or 18G
16-gauge (1.5 mm) or 18-gauge (1.2 mm) sheet, one outline for both.

COUNTER AND LAYOUT
Layout notes for a 60/40 undermount sink
With the rim below quartz or solid surface countertops, the counter edge frames both openings. Check the cabinet width against the 29-1/2" outline before the stone is cut.
At 20-7/8" front to back, this sink is deeper than our 18-inch single bowls. Confirm the cabinet depth as well as the width, especially on refits of older kitchen runs.
