Design
One-piece body with a tornado flush port
1981 is a floor-mounted one-piece toilet in vitreous china. The flush is siphonic and the bowl uses a tornado flush port. A soft-close seat is supplied with the fixture.

The trapway is fully glazed, meaning the glaze is carried through the trapway rather than stopping at the bowl. The soft-close seat ships with the fixture, so it does not need a separate line on the order.
